Important update to international ATM withdrawal fees

We would like to inform you in advance of an upcoming update to international ATM withdrawal fees when using your CIMB Fast Plus Visa Debit Card.

Following the migration of CIMB Bank PH ATM withdrawals from BancNet to the Visa network, a fixed fee of ₱300 per international ATM withdrawal, will take effect on November 17, 2026.

The ₱300 fee will be deducted from your Fast Plus Account each time you make an international ATM withdrawal. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover both the withdrawal amount and the applicable fee. Otherwise, the transaction will not proceed.
