An Important Update to your GSave Account

We’d like to let you know about a change to the GSave Terms and Conditions effective 19 December 2026.

Beginning this date, the partnership management of GSave will be transferred from G-Xchange, Inc. (GXI) to Ryse, Inc., GCash's WealthTech partner and a subsidiary of Mynt Inc. Details regarding the transfer are communicated in Clause 50 of the updated GSave Terms and Conditions (T&C).

These updated terms also share how your information as a customer— including your personal information, account details, balances, and transaction records—may be shared between CIMB Bank PH, Ryse, Inc., and their authorized service providers for the purpose of opening, maintaining, servicing, and managing your GSave Account.

Additionally, the terms cover arrangements relating to the transfer, assignment, or migration of GSave-related services and obligations, where applicable.

What does this mean for you as a GSave account holder?

Nothing changes in how you currently use your GSave Account. You can continue accessing it through the GCash app, with no changes to your existing services, account benefits, or customer experience, unless otherwise communicated by CIMB Bank Philippines.
