Update on Fast Plus Physical Cards

Dear Valued Customer,  

We would like to give an update regarding Fast Plus physical debit cards and ATM withdrawals.  

Starting May 9, 2026, CIMB Bank PH will no longer accept new or renewal applications for Fast Plus physical debit cards. However, all issued Fast Plus physical debit cards will remain valid until December 31, 2027.  

In the meantime, ATM withdrawals and balance inquiries using your physical debit card will follow the schedule below:

Until June 30, 2026  

• Balance inquiries and withdrawals may continue to be made via the BancNet Network

From July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027  

Balance inquiries and withdrawals may continue to be made via the Visa Network only, subject to applicable fees:  

• ATM Balance Inquiry – Between P10-P20 per inquiry  

• ATM Withdrawal – Between P200-P250 per withdrawal  

• Foreign Currency Fee – May vary depending on the ATM operator 

Thereafter, on January 1, 2028, Fast Plus physical debit cards in circulation will no longer be valid for ATM or debit transactions

You may continue managing your funds through InstaPay and PESOnet transfers via the CIMB Bank PH mobile app.

You will continue to have full access to your money through the CIMB Bank PH mobile app. You may also opt to apply for a Virtual Debit Card linked to any of your CIMB Bank PH Savings Accounts, or consider making payments through QRPh via CIMB Pay.
