What if I cashed-in and expected to receive my funds on my CIMB Bank account during the downtime, when should I expect to receive it?

If you cashed-in to your CIMB Bank account from another bank during the downtime and your funds have been debited, your bank will reverse the funds within their standard turnaround time and you will need to retrigger the cash-in transaction again once your access is restored and the CIMB Bank PH app is up and running again.
