What if I sent funds from my bank account to my CIMB Bank account during the system upgrade? When should I expect to receive it? 

If you sent funds to your CIMB Bank account during the system upgrade, the transaction will not be successful. Your funds will be returned to your originating account within 2 banking days, and you will need to reinitiate the transaction again.
