What happens if I scan a QR code of a biller but there is an error of ‘unsupported QR code’?

If you encounter this error, it might be because the billers are currently not available to accept payment via QR Ph from CIMB Pay. You can try paying bills using the regular Bills Payment feature on CIMB Bank PH app if said biller is available.
