How can I make sure I continue receiving CIMB Bank PH notifications on email?

To ensure you continue receiving your OTPs and other important announcements, update your email address in the CIMB Bank PH app by following these steps:​

1. Tap Menu > Profile > Email Address​

2. Enter your latest email address​

3. Enter the security code sent to your new email address​

 

Make sure that your registered email address is active, accessible, and up to date so you can receive OTPs. Note that updating your address in partner apps (such as GCash or DragonFi) does not automatically update your email in CIMB Bank PH.
