UNDISPENSED WITHDRAWAL

I tried to withdraw money using my card but the ATM did not dispense any cash. What should I do?

If you made a withdrawal from your account using your CIMB Bank Card but the ATM did not dispense any cash, please call our Customer Care hotline at (+632) 8924-2462 for assistance. We will verify your transaction with the issuing bank and call you back after 24 hours to update you on the status.
