What is the maximum limit I can set for daily card payment with my VISA debit card?

You can only set a maximum of PHP 100,000.00 for your daily card payment limit under "Card Limits" in "Card." If you have set that limit to PHP 0.00, you won't be able to use your debit card for in-store purchases and e-commerce transactions in the Philippines and overseas.
