Why can't I request for a debit card replacement?

There could be two (2) reasons why your request to replace your debit card was denied:


1) You just activated your debit card within the last ten (10) days which means you will not be able to request for a new card at this time.

2) Your Fast Plus account balance is less than PHP 150.00, which is the fee to replace a card.
