How will this change affect my ability to take a cash advance?

For example, if you have an approved credit line of 100K, previously you could withdraw up to 70K as a cash advance. Starting October 3 onwards, you will only be able to withdraw up to 40K. The change will apply to both unused cash advance limits and any amount already utilized.
