How do I change my MPIN?

To change your MPIN, open the CIMB Bank PH app and simply follow the steps below:

1) Log in to the CIMB Bank PH app.

2) Go to SECURITY AND SETTINGS > SET OR CHANGE MPIN

3) Enter your current MPIN and re-enter your new 6-digit MPIN 

4) Verify the changes via 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile number 

 

Once done, your MPIN will be successfully changed.
