How do I change my password?

To change your password, open the CIMB Bank PH app and simply follow the steps below:

1) Log in to the CIMB Bank PH app.

2) Go to SECURITY AND SETTINGS > CHANGE PASSWORD

3) Enter your current password and your new password

4) Verify the changes via 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile number 

5) Password has been successfully changed.
