Can I download a bank statement for my account?

Yes, you can. To download a bank statement, open the CIMB Bank PH app and simply follow the steps below:​

  1. Tap on 'Accounts'.​
  2. Tap on 'View Details' of your chosen account.​
  3. Tap on 'Statement' and 'Request for an eStatement'.​
  4. Tap on 'Continue' and select the monthly period of the statement you want to generate.​
  5. Tap 'Generate'. To download or share, tap the download icon at the top right of the screen.​

Note: If you have just opened your account this month, you won't be able to generate your statement until the 1st of next month.
