I received an email saying that my DragonFi Save account has been closed. How do I transfer all my remaining funds?

If your account has been closed while you still have a remaining balance with us, you will still be able to retrieve your funds.​

An email from CIMB Bank PH will be sent to you with a reference code and steps on how to retrieve your funds via the CIMB Bank PH app. On the login screen of the CIMB Bank PH app, tap the Peso icon and input your reference code. You will then be able to view your remaining balance and transfer it out. Should your transfer fail, you may repeat the process until it succeeds.
