I received an email saying my account(s) has been closed. How do I transfer all my remaining funds? 

If you have a GSave account, your remaining funds will be transferred to your GCash wallet. If you don't have a GSave account, you will receive an email with the reference code from us. On the log in screen of the CIMB Bank PH App, tap on the Peso icon and input your reference code. You will then be able to view your remaining available balance and transfer them out. Should your transfer fail, you will be able to repeat the process until successful.
