I received an email saying my account(s) has been closed. How do I transfer all my remaining funds? 

 

If your account has been closed while you have remaining balance with us, you will still be able to retrieve your funds:

 

1. Click the "₱" icon to access claimable funds.

2. Input your registered mobile number.

3. Input the OTP.

4. Input the security code sent to your registered email address.

5. Select/input put the bank to which you want to transfer the funds.

6. Enter your registered MPIN.
