I received an email saying my account(s) has been closed. How do I transfer all my remaining funds? 

 

If your account has been closed while you have remaining balance with us, you will still be able to retrieve your funds. 

 

An email from CIMB Bank PH will be sent to you with a reference code and steps on how to retrieve your funds on the CIMB Bank PH App. On the log in screen of the CIMB Bank PH App, tap on the Peso icon and input your reference code. You will then be able to view your remaining available balance and transfer them out. Should your transfer fail, you will be able to repeat the process until successful.
