How do I compute my Average Daily Balance?

 

To computer for the interest earned for your account, you can use the following formula:

 

Net Interest Earned = ADB x Time Period x Interest Rate less 20% withholding tax.

 

*Average Daily Balance (ADB) = Sum of your end of day balance, divided by the number of days for the month.

 

*Interest Rate = Interest rate applicable

 

*Time Period = Total number of days for the month, divided by 360 days.
