What is cooling-off period?

Cooling-off period is two (2) calendar days from the opening date of your Maxsave Time Deposit account.

This is a period of time during which you can change your mind or cancel the account without incurring any fees or charges and without interest earned.

For example, if you open a MaxSave Time Deposit account with principal amount of ₱50,000 and decide to cancel within two days of opening, you will receive ₱50,000 back into your linked savings account in full.

However, if you cancel beyond the cooling-off period, fees and charges will apply.
