How do I create a goal if I don’t have an UpSave or a GSave account?

Don’t worry! Anyone with CIMB PH App access can create a goal, all you need to do is click ‘Add a new goal’ from the goal dashboard, then select Open a new deposit account to open a new UpSave account for your goal.
