Tap the Need Help? button.

STEP 3

 Select the category for your concern and the account you need help with. Then, provide a detailed description of your concern.

STEP 4

Upload screenshots or screen recordings of your concern if needed then click Submit

STEP 5

You've successfully submitted your concern. Our Customer Care Team will work on your ticket and will give you updates on the CIMB Bank PH app.
