Solutions Architect

Job Description

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with our business goals and requirements. He/She will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical designs and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Solution Design and Development: 

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical needs. 

● Design end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. 

Technology Integration: 

● Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to integrate with existing systems and infrastructure. 

● Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with the current technology landscape. 

Architecture Standards: 

● Establish and enforce architecture standards and best practices across projects. 

● Monitor adherence to architecture guidelines. 

Technical Documentation: 

● Create detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and specifications. 

● Communicate technical designs to developers and project teams. 

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: 

● Identify potential technical risks and challenges, developing mitigation plans. 

● Proactively address technical issues during project execution. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

● Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance. 

● Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical designs.

Qualification

• TOGAF is an advantage
• Proven experience (10+ years) in solution architecture and technology design. 
  
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns. 
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
