FIRST TIME LOGIN TO THE NEW CIMB BANK PH APP

You can retrieve your username on the CIMB Bank PH App. Simply follow these steps:

1. Open the CIMB Bank PH App and select "Forgot?"

2. Tap on "I forgot my username"

3. Enter your mobile number that is registered to CIMB Bank PH

4. You'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and proceed.

5. Once you have been successfully verified, your username will be sent to your registered email address.

If you have lost access to your mobile or email address registered with CIMB Bank PH, you can reach us using the "Need Help?" button found in the Help Center on the CIMB Bank PH app.
