You can retrieve your username on the CIMB Bank PH App. Simply follow these steps:
1. Open the CIMB Bank PH App and select "Forgot?"
2. Tap on "I forgot my username"
3. Enter your mobile number that is registered to CIMB Bank PH
4. You'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and proceed.
5. Once you have been successfully verified, your username will be sent to your registered email address.
If you have lost access to your mobile or email address registered with CIMB Bank PH, please email us at hello@cimb.com with the information below:
Email Subject: Change of Mobile Number
Step 1: Please provide the following information:
a) Full Name
b) Date of Birth: e.g. format 10 January 1990
c) Your mobile number registered with CIMB Bank
d) Your new mobile number to be updated
Step 2: Attach the following documents:
a) Clear photo of the ID (front and back) that you submitted when you opened your account.
b) Selfie
c) Selfie holding your valid ID
