Digital shift allows CIMB Bank to expand customer base

CIMB Bank Philippines grew its deposits by 800% in the past year on the back of its increasing customer base amid the digital shift.

 

Digital personal loan applications, meanwhile, registered 160% growth as loan disbursement grew by sixfold. CIMB Bank said the growth was due to its all-digital and quick loan application process via the mobile app.
