Terms & Conditions

Cashback and rewards cap

10% cashback is capped at PHP 400 for BENCH/ brands and PHP 500 for BENCH/ affiliate brands. 10X BENCH/ Lifestyle points is capped at 20,000 points for BENCH/ brands and 25,000 for BENCH/ affiliate brands.

Overall, eligible participants can enjoy a total of PHP 900 cashback and 45,000 BENCH/ Lifestyle points per month.

Note: Cashbacks and BENCH/ Lifestyle points are capped on a per customer, per campaign calendar month basis.

Cashback crediting

Customers with eligible transactions will receive cashback to their CIMB accounts and earn 10x BENCH/ Loyalty points within 30 days from the transaction date.

Agreement to Terms

By joining the promo, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the CIMB Bank PH Privacy Notice. All decisions made by CIMB Bank PH regarding the promo are final and binding.

Right to amend terms and non-compensation clause

CIMB Bank PH may amend or modify these Terms and Conditions with at least five (5) days’ notice on its official website. Customers should check regularly for updates. No cash or other compensation will be given for any loss or damage resulting from such changes.

Compliance with the laws

The Campaign is governed by applicable Philippine laws, regulations, and directives from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

*Customer redeems all Tier 1 and Tier 2 rewards over the course of November 2025. Then redeems again both Tier 1 and Tier 2 rewards on the campaign calendar month of December 2025.

On what branches can I avail of the promo?

Promo is available across the different branches of the participating brands nationwide.

Can this promo be enjoyed on top of other merchant promos?

It depends, but some participating brands implement this on top of their ongoing promos, so make sure to check our social media pages for updates. Still, T&Cs apply.

How do I transact using CIMB Pay?

Select the QR code icon in the CIMB Bank PH app.
Scan the merchant’s QR Ph code.
Enter the amount to pay.
Choose from either your CIMB Deposit Account or REVI Credit Account to pay.
Confirm payment details.
