  • Means to communicate with you in case of changes in the terms, including interest, fees, and other charges
  • CIMB’s Customer Care contact details and incident reporting in case of lost to stolen mobile phone device
  • For Personal Loan Only - Customer's right to a cooling-off period and additional provisions on account security
