Is it considered late payment if I paid on the exact due date given that it takes a while for the payment to be posted?

You can pay on the exact date as long as it is done before the cutoff time of 8 P.M. If you missed the cutoff time of 8 P.M., it will be considered as late payment. To avoid any late payment or penalties due to the delay of settlements, kindly ensure that you pay your bill at least three (3) working days before the due date.
