I made an online payment. The fund has been debited from my account but it's not reflected in the transaction history. What should I do?

If you made an online payment using your CIMB Bank Visa payWave card which has debited your balance but has not been reflected in your transaction history, don't worry. Following Visa guidelines, the transaction is placed on hold temporarily until the settlement between Visa and the merchant has been settled within seven (7) banking days. Once it's been settled, you'll be able to see the transaction history on your CIMB Bank PH mobile app.
