I paid for my REVI Credit using e-wallet and it was credited. However, the payment is not reflected on my REVI Credit account. What will happen?

If you used your linked e-wallet to repay your REVI Credit, the transaction will not be processed. The bank will need to perform a manual adjustment to your REVI Credit which will require 3 banking days to complete.

 

If your REVI Credit has no outstanding balance when the manual adjustment is processed, it will be treated as an advance payment. To cash-out this advance payment, you can use the "Transfer" function under REVI Credit to transfer the advance payment to your CIMB savings account.

 

If your REVI Credit has an outstanding balance, it will be used to repay your REVI Credit's outstanding balance.
