I can't change my date of birth on the app. What should I do?
To change your date of birth, you will have to go through the Selfie Check steps and provide an ID which can support your date of birth change. The full name on your ID must match the full name that is currently on our records. If there's a mismatch of the name on your ID and our records, your request to change your date of birth will be declined.
