I can't change my name on the app. What should I do?
For security purposes, we only allow minor name changes on the app (i.e., moving your middle name from the first name field to the middle name field). However, any change to the original order, character count, and spelling to your name will require you to submit further supporting documents and go through Selfie Check again by providing a valid ID that supports your name change. These documents will be reviewed and once approved, your name will be changed.
During the review, you might also be prompted to resubmit your supporting documents and go through the Selfie Check again.
If our agents deem that your documents could not sufficiently support your name change, your name change request will be declined. You can try to request for a name change again after 30 days.
