How to set up your existing account in the CIMB Bank App

STEP 1

Download the CIMB Bank PH app and input your existing username. This is the same username that you use to log in to the old CIMB Bank PH app. If you have forgotten your username, tap 'Forgot?' and 'I forgot my username' and follow the steps accordingly.

STEP 2

Input your existing mobile number that is registered to the old CIMB Bank PH app and verify it via a 6-digit OTP.

STEP 3

Create a password

STEP 4

Set up your MPIN and you're all done! Enjoy the new CIMB Bank PH app!

How to sign up if you’re new to CIMB Bank

STEP 1

Download the CIMB Bank PH App and select ‘Open an account’ and then click on ‘Open an Account’.

STEP 2

Check your eligibility to apply and prepare your Valid ID. Click on ‘Let’s start!’ to proceed.

STEP 3

You will be asked to answer a few declarations. Click on ‘Confirm’ to continue.

STEP 4

Provide your mobile number and email address.

STEP 5

Verify your mobile number via SMS OTP.

STEP 6

Create your username and press ‘Continue’.

STEP 7

Create your password and your MPIN to verify in-app transactions and that’s it!
