If you have lost access to your mobile number registered with CIMB Bank PH, tap 'I lost access to my mobile'. Enter your registered email address with CIMB Bank PH. If you have also lost access to your registered email, please email us at email@example.com with the information below:
Email Subject: Change of Mobile Number
Step 1: Please provide the following information:
a) Full Name
b) Date of Birth: e.g. format 10 January 1990
c) Your mobile number registered with CIMB Bank
d) Your new mobile number to be updated
Step 2: Attach the following documents:
a) Clear photo of the ID (front and back) that you submitted when you opened your account.
c) Selfie holding your valid ID
