What do I do if my ATM withdrawal fails but I still get debited?

If your ATM withdrawal fails and your account is debited, please call the CIMB Bank hotline and provide supporting documents (i.e. ATM receipt, or ATM error message).

 

After the investigation, if chargeback is required, CIMB Bank will return your funds within 7 to 10 banking days.
