I can't seem to change my name during the application. What should I do?
Your first, middle, and last name is extracted from your ID scanned during the virtual verification. Any changes to your name that differs from your ID will be rejected and you will be prompted to either change your name to match your ID or provide another valid ID to accept the name change.
