When will my payment be reflected?

If your payment was made from your CIMB Bank savings account, the payment will be reflected immediately. 

If the payment was made via 7-Eleven, other banks, or over-the-counter (via Dragonpay), the payment should be reflected immediately. Should you encounter a scenario whereby its not reflected, please contact our Customer Care Team at #2462 (#CIMB) or email us at hello@cimb.com.
