My biometric login is not working. What should I do? 

Please ensure that the following criterias have been met: 

1) Biometric login is available on iPhone with Touch ID or Face ID, and Android devices that are running on Android 6.0 and above with the Fingerprint feature. 

2) If you're using Face ID (for iOS device only), please ensure that the CIMB Bank PH app has permission to use the Face ID feature.

3) Ensure that you have registered your fingerprint or face ID in your device settings.
