GSave: How to Change Mobile Number

In case you need to change or replace the mobile number that’s linked to your GSave account, you can do so in 2 ways: 


1. Through the CIMB Bank PH App


STEP 1: Go to MENU

STEP 2: Select Profile

STEP 3: Tap Mobile Number

STEP 4: Enter your OLD and NEW mobile number

STEP 5: Enter the OTP sent to your new number for the change to take effect.

2. Through our hotline


In case you can no longer access your GSave account or link it to the CIMB Bank PH app, you can update or change your mobile number by calling our hotline at #2462 (#CIMB) or (+632) 8924-2462
