How do I upgrade my GSave Account?

You can upgrade your GSave account on the CIMB Bank PH App. Just download it from the AppStore / Play Store / AppGallery, link your GSave account, and then you can choose to upgrade your GSave account.

Virtual Verification is part of the GSave account upgrade process. Just make sure you have one of the accepted IDs before you begin the Virtual Verification process.

You may also upgrade your account on the GCash Mobile app. However, please note that this will be subject to final verification by CIMB Bank.
