FIRST TIME LOGIN TO THE NEW CIMB BANK PH APP

As an existing CIMB Bank customer, you'll be required to setup your new password and MPIN on the new CIMB Bank PH App. After you've downloaded the new CIMB Bank PH App, open the app and follow these steps:

1. Enter your existing username (the same username you have used in the old CIMB Bank PH app) 

2. Enter your mobile number that is registered to CIMB Bank 

3. You'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and proceed.

4. Create a new password

5. Enable Biometric Login (Optional)

6. Create your MPIN

And you're done! Go beyond banking with the new CIMB Bank PH App!
